By placing an order with Faybel, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Orders & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and dispatched. Please check your order and delivery details carefully before completing your purchase, as we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the times stated on our website. Delivery dates are estimates and delays may occasionally occur due to couriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns & Refunds
You have the right to cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK consumer law. However, where a cosmetic product has been supplied sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, the right to cancel may be lost once that seal has been broken. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Please contact us before returning an item. Products should be returned in their original condition where applicable.

Product Use
Faybel products are for external use only and should be used according to the instructions provided. We recommend carrying out a patch test before first use. Avoid contact with the eyes and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Individual results may vary and we do not guarantee specific hair-growth or other cosmetic results.
